Sara Butler (pictured) stripped naked along with her two adult daughters, Joanne and Bessie, and teen son outside a Philadelphia school and is now blaming her lupus medications for the occurrence. Upper Darby police arrested and charged the Mom with simple assault, corrupting the morals of a minor, indecent exposure, and disorderly conduct. Butler’s daughters were also charged with the latter two offenses, reports the Delco Times[1].
