Dr. LaToya M. Thompson is a physical therapist specializing in treatment of sport injuries. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Michigan State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Oakland University.

Dr. Thompson has a diverse clinical background that includes research and development of rehabilitation and injury prevention programs for youth sports and sport specific training protocols for elite collegiate and professional athletes. She is widely known for her community involvement and training in the medical arena across the country.

She is the Co-Owner of The Upperow-a luxury cut and sew brand founded in Detroit, Opulence Wine-Napa Valley, CA. and founder of Elite Rehab and Fitness. She currently serves as Senior Sports Physical Therapist at The Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan-DMC.

A heart for service, Dr. Thompson serves as a board member of Project Life, Sound Mind Sound Body Football Academy and member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.   Dr. Thompson is a devoted wife to Anthony II and loving mother to her three children: Anthony III, Aiden, and Ava.
