DMC Sinai-Grace hospital names chief operating officer

AlwaysThereDMC Sinai-Grace Hospital has named London A. Quicci, MSA, the hospital’s new Chief Operating Officer, effective May 4.
Quicci has extensive experience in hospital leadership, and a long track record of success in a wide variety of roles and environments. He has been with DMC for the last 22 years, most recently serving as the Administrator of the DMC Surgery Hospital in Madison Heights.
“London is no stranger to Sinai-Grace,” said DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital CEO Paula Autry. “From 2009 – 2013, he served as our Associate Vice President of Support Services. We are excited to bring him back to Sinai-Grace because of his extensive experience in hospital leadership, and his long track record of success in a wide variety of roles and environments.”
Quicci also served as the DMC Regional Vice President of Surgical Services where he was selected to enhance and unify Surgical Services for the Detroit market.
Quicci served in the United States Army from 1986 – 1990 and has been in the United States Army Reserves since 1990. He did two tours of duty in Afghanistan (2009-10 and 2012) while at Sinai-Grace. He received a bachelor of arts in Business Leadership from Baker College and a masters of science in Healthcare Administration from Central Michigan University.  Quicci is also a Six Sigma Green Belt and a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
