Detroit’s ballet stars Patricia Zhou and Precious Adams to share stage

Detroit Opera HouseThe Detroit Opera House is set to welcome back home, Detroit’s own world-renowned ballet performers Patricia Zhou and Precious Adams this Saturday for an international ballet gala.
“This rare performance of world-class ballet stars is designed to celebrate the artistry of ballet seasoned with our unique Detroit essence,” said Sergey Rayevskiy, founder of Ballet Detroit.
The gala offers limited student ticket prices for $15, use promo code: BALLETDET upon checkout. Adult tickets range from $25 to $50.
“The community is invited to this one-night only performance to ignite the fire in anyone who has world-class ballet ambition,” Rayevskiy said.
Students who partook in a two-week intensive ballet-training program during the summer, will open the gala with a showcase performance. The gala will also include a grand ballet showcase featuring principal dancers including Brooklyn Mack, Gennady Nedvigin, Frances Chung, Nikolay Koropaev, Rasta Thomas and Olga Pavlova.
“We have the privilege of being entertained by principal dancers, hometown stars and budding students on one stage in Downtown Detroit. This is the Reality of Art here and now,” said Rayevskiy.
