Owner Jackie Garrett knows how important that personal touch is. She started Vilah Bloom 16 years ago with a diaper bag she created after often forgetting wet wipes as a new mom. The brand grew into practical handbags and the BagBar, which now focuses more on the person making the bag than just the bag itself.
