#BeScene: Black History Month At Frame With Chef Max Hardy And Guests!

Five months since his last frame residency, we’re delighted to re-welcome, all-around mover and shaker and one of the biggest names in black chefs changing food in America, Chef Max Hardy bringing Black History Month to frame.  This time kicking off in style and pairing up with longtime friends and collaborators Chef Cedric Andrews and Chef Taz for a two-part February dinner party series celebrating African-American food and culture with music to inspire, evoke, remember and celebrate important people, contributions and seminal moments in history.

Prepare for Red Bean & Corn Bread Fritters with Chef Max’s Hot Sauce, Braised Short Rib with Purvian Potato Puree and Fried Parsnips, Roasted Snapper with Guava Beurre Blanc and Low County Egg Pie with Chocolate Mousse.

Add Detroit visual artist Gerald Collins creating live speed painting visual performances and we’re in store for two incredibly special not-to-miss’ February evenings.
