Former Death Row founder Suge Knight was reportedly shot six times as at an MTV Video Music Awards pre-party last night in West Hollywood, Calif.
Tyson Beckford, Robert Ri’chard and Apple de Ap all testified to the media they were inside the pre-VMA party at the 10AK nightclub, which hosted by Chris Brown, when they heard gunfire rang out inside the club.
Knight reportedly walked out on his own power. Initially, reports stated he was shot twice, in the stomach and arm. A Los Angeles Police officer saw the injured former 90s rap mogul and helped walked the rap mogul to the police car where Suge sat, TMZ reports.  Suge was then put in an ambulance and taken to a local hospital.
Knight is now out of surgery, according to family sources, who told the entertainment publication that he was shot six times. He’s currently in ICU, but is expected to recover.
