Raven Symone Tells What Really Happened on the Set of ‘Cosby Show’

Former “Cosby Show” star Raven Symone’s name has been tossed into the mix of the bevy of women who have accused Bill Cosby of drugging and sexually assaulting them.
Symone, who had barely emerged from being a toddler when she became a child star of the timeless 80s sitcom, tells fans what really went down on the set during her tenure there.
“I was NOT taking (sic) of by Bill Cosy when I was on The Cosby Show!” she wrote in an Instagram post on Wednesday. “I was practically a baby on that show and this is truly a disgusting rumor that I want no part of!”
Symone continued, obviously irate that someone would suggest that Cosby, accused of sexually assaulting at least 14 women over the decades, would put his hands on the little girl.
“Everyone on that show treated me with nothing but kindness,” she wrote. “Now keep me out of this!”
Cosby’s supporters have been mostly mute as the cacophony of accusations grows louder in the past two weeks. Former “Cosby Show” co-stars such as Phylicia Rashad, Lisa Bonet, Malcolm Jamal-Warner and Carl Anthony Payne, among others, have been conspicuously silent as this strong tide rises up against Cosby.
The legendary comedian has also been impacted financially and professionally,. NBC is reportedly scrapping their planned sitcom with him, and Netflix postponing a planned stand-up special with the comedian.
GQ magazine wrote that it believes Cosby’s career, and life as an admired entertainment, is now over permanently.
