Professional Medical Center Giving Back to the Community by Hosting First Annual Back-to School Community Health Rally
Professional Medical Center will host their first annual Back to School Community Health Rally, Tuesday, August 25, 2015, from 10am-2pm at 3956 Mt. Elliott (PMC eastside location). In efforts to promote the importance of protecting infants and children against potentially life-threatening diseases Professional Medical Center will offer physical examinations as well as immunizations to children 3-18 years of age. In keeping with Professional Medical Center’s commitment to better serve the community individuals without medical coverage, the underinsured and individuals with low income health insurance are encouraged to participate. Professional Medical Center’s team of board certified physicians/ medical professionals will be onsite to administer the immunizations. In addition, there will be food, music and activities for the entire family.
Additionally, the Professional Medical Center will be handing out free book bags and school supplies to those attendees. “We are excited about hosting our first back-to- school rally. Our medical facilities are anchored in communities across the City and a part of being in the community means giving back to the community. We hope by providing these immunizations the children will be ready to start school feeling good and ready to learn,” said Robin M. Cole, Chief Executive Officer of Professional Medical Center.
