Knox W. Cameron is currently Manager for DTE’s Renewable Sales organization, where he is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for MIGreenPower, the second largest voluntary wind and solar utility program in the country. During his 11-plus year career at the company, he has served in a variety of roles including Sales, Marketing, Operations Project Management. Cameron is an industry leader with considerable experience designing, launching and managing utility programs.
Cameron’s professional affiliations include serving on the American Wind Energy of America’s DE&I Task Force and as a board member for the Association for Energy Professionals. He has also chaired DTE’s employee resource group for African-American employees.
Cameron was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica. He currently resides in Ann Arbor, MI. with his wife and child. Cameron has a passion for soccer, playing the sport both on the collegiate level and as professional with the Columbus Crew.
Cameron has an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
