Walter Davis

Walter E. Davis III is a dedicated faith leader, public servant, and security professional committed to lifelong service. He founded and pastored Saints Tabernacle Christian Church in Detroit for 20 years and now serves as Assistant Pastor at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Pontiac. A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he was honorably discharged as a Sergeant in 1986 before completing a 25 year career with the Michigan State Police, retiring as a lieutenant. Walter later joined the City of Detroit’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, then the Great Lakes Water Authority, where he now serves as Deputy Chief of Security and Integrity and established the Office of Emergency Preparedness. He holds an MBA and is a father of three and a published author.
