Chef Maurice Wallace is the Owner and Executive Chef of LoneStar Catering and a respected culinary professional with more than 35 years of experience in the food service industry. A graduate of the Breithaupt Vocational Technical Center culinary program, he further honed his craft at Johnson & Wales University, earning an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts.
Throughout his distinguished career, Chef Wallace has built a successful catering business, traveled across the country, and prepared meals for notable figures including Beyoncé, Rosa Parks, and Faith Evans. His culinary expertise has been featured on numerous local television news programs.
Beyond the kitchen, Chef Wallace is deeply committed to community service. He is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Waterford Lodge No. 31 PHA, and 100 Black Men. He also serves as a ministry leader at The Winners Circle and is dedicated to feeding the homeless and mentoring youth throughout the community.
