Jonathan Feild, Esq.

Jonathan R. Feild, Esq., is a seasoned legal executive and founder of The Feild Firm with over 12 years of experience in litigation, compliance, and risk management. He has served in leadership roles across public and private sectors, including as General Counsel for the Shelby County Attorney’s Office, where he guided enterprise legal strategy and governance.

Upon relocating to Michigan in 2025 and joining Ven Johnson Law, PLC, Jonathan participated in multi-million-dollar settlements, securing meaningful results for his clients. Deeply committed to community service, he volunteered at the DMC Community Baby Shower 2025 and supported the Community Baby Shower Drive in 2025 and 2026. He also spoke on a panel for Black Fathers during Black Maternal Health Week 2025 and mentors aspiring attorneys and students pursuing careers in law.
