Glenn Wilson, the Co-Founder and President/CEO of Communities First, Inc. (CFI), an award-winning organization, has been instrumental in advancing economic development, policy and expanding access to quality housing. Since its founding in 2010, Wilson has spearheaded CFI’s real estate and company strategy, resulting in the development of over $100 million in real estate. This has not only created over 2,000 jobs but has also strengthened small businesses and cities across various communities.

Under his leadership, CFI has developed or preserved nearly 1000 housing units and built a diverse portfolio exceeding 3 million square feet of commercial. Through innovative programming, strategic partnerships, and place-based investment, the organization impacts approximately 45,000 individuals each year.
