Dr. Andre M. Camp embodies mentorship, leadership, and service through a lifelong commitment to uplifting others. From an early age, he has guided peers with empathy and wisdom, qualities that have grown into impactful mentorship of youth through his fraternity, community policing efforts, and academic roles. His influence extends beyond guidance; he creates meaningful opportunities that expand perspectives and ignite purpose. 

A 27-year veteran of the Detroit Police Department, Dr. Camp has served with distinction across multiple units, advancing to leadership roles including Sergeant and contributing to Human Resources and Equal Employment Opportunity efforts. His excellence has been recognized through honors such as the Spirit of Detroit Award and Board Member of the Year from Project Dream, Inc. 

Beyond his professional career, Dr. Camp remains deeply engaged in service through organizations like Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and NOBLE. As a Project Dream board member, he continues to shape transformative youth programming. His legacy reflects integrity, compassion, and a lasting impact on his community.
