Darnell Boynton

Darnell T. Boynton, Esq. serves as the Chief Corporate Compliance Officer and General Counsel of CNS Healthcare.
Boynton led CNS Healthcare’s transition from a leased facilities model to a real estate portfolio exceeding $50 million in owned assets. His legal acumen guided the successful merger of CNS Healthcare and Northeast Integrated Health. Boynton currently serves on the Boards of NAMI and Trix Academy, a charter school district on the eastside of Detroit.
A native Detroiter, Boynton holds a BA in Japanese Language and a BBA in Finance, both from the University of Notre Dame; a Doctor of Juris Prudence from Vanderbilt University; and an Executive Leadership Certification from the Harvard Kennedy School. He is a member and Deacon at the Citadel of Praise Church. Along with his passion and commitment to uplift the underserved, underrepresented and marginalized populations in Michigan, Boynton is a devoted husband, proud father of two daughters and an avid world traveler.
