Food_drive_aims_to_stamp_out_hunger-syndImport-085521Forgotten Harvest is kicking off the Woodward Dream Cruise weekend with a preview party for a great cause.

Serving as the Dream Cruise’s official charity partner, Forgotten Harvest will host its 14th Annual Cruisin’ to Drive Out Hunger event on Friday, August 19 at Westborn Market in Berkley, MI (located at 27659 Woodward Avenue). From 6:00 to 10:00 p.m., the celebration will feature great local food, live entertainment and an official sneak preview of the classic car action.

 

Highlights of the event will include a “TasteFest” of metro Detroit’s best restaurants including Beans & Cornbread, Cake Crumbs, California Pizza Kitchen, Maggiano’s Little Italy, MGM Grand Detroit, Social Kitchen and Bar, Treat Dreams, Vinsetta Garage, Zoup! and more. Spirited libations will be provided by Gypsy Vodka and a variety of Frankenmuth Brewing Co. craft beers will also be available. A sneak preview of the Woodward Dream Cruise will also be open exclusively for guests in addition to can’t-miss live music by Detroit’s own Charles and Gwen Scales.
