He is a Wayne State University law student, previously interned with U.S. Senator Gary Peters while attending Hampton University, and currently serves as a policy analyst for Detroit City Council Member Mary Waters. Those experiences have given him firsthand exposure to how legislation, local government, and community priorities intersect.
