Design/Build of Station Enhancement


Detroit Transportation Corporation (DTC), owner and operator of the Detroit People Mover (DPM), is soliciting bids from qualified firms to design and build enhancements at its Joe Lewis Hall, Cobo Center and Millender Center stations along its 2.9 mile rail line.

To be successful, proposers must comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations.  This includes but is not limited to, all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws.  DTC reserves the right to postpone, accept or reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, on such basis as it deems necessary and in its best interests to do so.
