Design/Build of Station Enhancement
Detroit Transportation Corporation (DTC), owner and operator of the Detroit People Mover (DPM), is soliciting bids from qualified firms to design and build enhancements at its Joe Lewis Hall, Cobo Center and Millender Center stations along its 2.9 mile rail line.

A Pre-Proposal conference will be held at 10:00 am on March 31, 2010. Bids must be received no later than 2:00 pm local time on April 29, 2010.
