The re-opening of Central Kitchen + Bar is set to take place this Thursday, September 10th, 2020. One of downtown’s hallmark gastropubs, known for its fantastic food and spectacular drinks, will open its doors for the first time in over six months. Like many other hospitality businesses, Central was forced to close its doors in mid-March in light of the pandemic. It returns with new hours of operations and some amazing new menu items and handcrafted cocktails.
The Central team has been working hard behind the scenes all summer to gear up for this day to ensure that guests are given the same great experience they were accustomed to in the past. From the beginning, it was ownership’s mission for Central to maintain the safety of its employees and guests before considering opening up the restaurant.
Along with steps to implement all restaurant safety procedures laid out by the respective federal and state government agencies, Central Kitchen is excited to debut their refreshed outdoor patio, to-go family meals, and some new wine and beer selections.!
Updated Hours: Monday – Wednesday: Closed Thursday – 3PM-10PM Friday: 3PM – 10PM Saturday: 12PM – 10PM Sunday: 11AM – 4PM
