Celebrities take residence at one of Detroit’s most esteemed high schools, Cass Technical High School this Saturday, November 24, 2012 for a great cause: Charity. The Big Dreams 2012 Celebrity Basketball Fundraiser and Pep Rally registration starts at 11:30 a.m. with the event kick-off at 12 noon.

The list of players includes Brian McKnight, Obie Trice, Detroit Native Ro-Spit, K-Deezy and many more. However there is more to this event than a basketball game, with a focus to uplift our youth, guest speaker, Hosea Chanchez “Malik” from the hit T.V. Show The Game will be providing inspiration to the mix audience of teenagers and young adults. You would think with this kind of line up, it couldn’t get any better. Well, you are wrong.

The days events will be hosted by Raquel Diaz “Rocsi” of 106 and Park and for your entertainment and listening pleasure, Detroit’s R&B Prince, Elijah Connor will be performing on the Main Stage.

Powered by Mo ‘Serious Music, proceeds from the event will go to the Lakeshore Economic Coalition, a non-profit organization whose outreach efforts, benefit community youth through the F.A.S.T track program. A program designed to help youth recognize and put into action their big dreams of becoming an entrepreneur.
