The International Festival will kick-off on Friday, October 10 with a U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services swearing-in ceremony of new citizens at 10 a.m.The Festival will continue on Friday until 5 p.m., Saturday, October 11 from 11 a.m.–7 p.m., and Sunday, October 12 from 11 a.m.–6 p.m.
