John Gardner is an accomplished leader, veteran, and strategic executive with experience in organizational leadership, workforce development, governance, and community engagement. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to service, operational excellence, and developing innovative solutions that create lasting impact.

Drawing upon his military experience and leadership background, John has successfully led teams, managed complex programs, contributed to the growth and effectiveness of mission-driven organizations. In recognition of his dedication to Michigan’s veteran community, John was appointed by Governor Gretchen Whitmer to serve on the Michigan Veterans’ Trust Fund Board, where he helps oversee programs and resources that support veterans and their families across the state.

John also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Oakland Thrive Business Board, contributing to strategic initiatives that strengthen economic development, workforce advancement, and community prosperity throughout Oakland County.

In fraternal leadership, John serves as the Social Action Chair for the Detroit Nu Omega Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., supporting programs and initiatives that promote civic engagement, scholarship, mentorship, and service to the community.

In addition to his professional leadership roles, John is an entrepreneur with a passion for expanding opportunities for veterans and underserved populations. His long-term vision includes creating affordable, sustainable housing solutions for veterans and senior citizens through Precision Housing Inc.
