The 2013 Concours d’Elegance of America will be held at The Inn at St. John’s in Plymouth on Sunday, July 28 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The event will feature cars ranging from Cadillacs and Chryslers to Dusenbergs and Marmoms, as well as jet-age convertibles and electric cars of the past.
The Concours d’Elegance was first held in the 1920s in France as an elegant marketing effort by custom automobile coach builders. The focus of the Concours d’Elegance of America is to exhibit prestigious collector cars; hold a vintage car auction and to offer an automotive art exhibit.
The Concours d’Elegance of America has been held at the Inn of St. John’s since 2011. For its first 32 years, it was held at Oakland University’s Meadowbrook Hall.
The Inn at St. John’s is located at 44045 Five Mile Road in Plymouth.
Tickets are available the day of the event at the gate or can be purchased in advance at https://www-concoursusa-org.ticketbud.com/concours-delegance-of-america
