Tiffany McDougle has worked for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services for 28 years. As a Regional Director, she oversees strategic planning and operational management across more than 20 southeastern county offices. Tiffany has led such key programs as Protective Services, Foster Care, Juvenile Justice, Adult Protective and General Care Services. Tiffany currently oversees half of the state’s workforce responsible for administering Economic Stability initiatives, such as food assistance, daycare, emergency services, and medical benefits.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, she actively supports community organizations, including S.U.R.E Moms, Developing K.I.D.S, and local food bank initiatives. She engages with Eastern Michigan University’s School of Social Work through classroom panel discussions and career development. She been a member of Triumph Church since 2013.
Tiffany attributes her strength and success to her faith, husband, sons, family and mentors.
