From the boardroom to the ballroom, Nikki is a powerhouse in the event, venue, and hospitality industries. As CEO of “1 2 NV” Events, Nikki has produced million-dollar events, scaled venue operations to record growth, and cultivated strategic partnerships across corporate, community and nonprofit sectors. With an MBA from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Nikki brings a rare fusion of technical savvy, business acumen, and creativity to every project.

Nikki is also the visionary behind Ms. Nikki’s ETC, an innovative platform that equips hospitality professionals with confidence, class, and cultural fluency. Nikki has received many honors, including Who’s Who in Black Detroit – Entrepreneur, Woman of the Year from the National Association of Professional Women, and has held leadership positions in many organizations, including Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Mother of one and mentor to many, Nikki continues to lead with passion, pearls, and purpose.
