Monique C. Field-Foster is an accomplished government affairs attorney and Executive Partner at Warner Norcross + Judd LLP, where she leads the firm’s Lansing office and co-chairs its Government Advocacy and Affairs Practice Group. With more than two decades of experience shaping public policy and legislative strategy, she is widely respected for her ability to navigate complex government and regulatory environments.

Monique’s distinguished public service career includes serving as Deputy Director for Legislative Affairs under Governor Jennifer Granholm, director of governmental affairs for the Michigan Department of Management and Budget, legislative policy analyst for the Michigan House of Representatives, and Deputy Legal Counsel for Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s transition. She also served as Assistant Vice President for Strategic Initiatives at Michigan State University, advancing institutional priorities and public-private partnerships.

Her leadership has earned recognition from Crain’s Detroit Business, Michigan Lawyers Weekly, and Top 100 Lawyers of Color. She has served on the Peckham Board of Directors and now sits on the Lansing Regional Chamber Policy Committee and the UM Sparrow Hospital Foundation Board.
