Nicki Davenport, Sr. Executive Territory Manager in Oncology, is a strategic and vibrant leader whose inclusive mindset, resilience, and competitive spirit has helped strengthen teams across the organization. Passionate about the patients she serves, Nicki is committed to improving lives through Lilly’s innovative therapies and supports diverse talent through mentorship, leadership development, and cultural initiatives.

A four time Platinum Performer, Top Sales achiever, Peer MVP recipient, and contributor to nine Circle of Excellence honors, Nicki was named National and Area Territory Manager of the Year in the Cardiometabolic Health Business Unit, reflecting her broad execution excellence.

She holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Marketing from The University of Alabama, where she became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, joining its longstanding commitment to sisterhood, scholarship, and service. A devoted wife to Marcus G. Davenport, PhD, and mother to Camden and Zoey, she and her family are members of Greater Grace Temple–Detroit.
