Keyantee Davis

Keyanteé Davis serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Trinity Health Michigan, where she brings bold vision, deep expertise, and a people first philosophy to more than 23,000 colleagues in nine hospitals.

Her leadership and impact have been widely recognized, earning distinctions such as Crain’s Notable Excellence in HR, the HRO Front of the Line Award, and the Inner Circle Award from Inforum.

Across her 26 year career, Keyanteé has led human resources in government, education, and healthcare, bringing a uniquely cross sector perspective to organizational strategy, workforce engagement, DEI advancement, and talent development. A graduate of the University of Michigan, she earned an MBA from Walsh College and holds professional certifications from both HRCI and SHRM.

A champion for children and families, she serves on the boards of Kids Kicking Cancer and Federation of Youth Services, extending her passion for service beyond her day to day role.
