Dr. Deidra Field, DNP, CNM

Dr. Deidra Feild, DNP, CNM, is a Certified Nurse Midwife and healthcare executive serving as Director of Women’s Health, where she leads clinical operations, strategic growth, and quality initiatives to improve outcomes for women and families. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice and has dedicated her career to advancing equitable, high-quality maternal healthcare.

Dr. Feild has led innovative initiatives aimed at improving maternal/infant  mortality rates, patient experience, and reducing primary cesarean birth rates. Recognized for her leadership and impact in healthcare, she was named a 2024 Crain’s Detroit Business 40 Under 40 honoree. Dr. Feild is also deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of clinicians and advancing systems that support safe, accessible, and patient-centered care for mothers and infants.
