Tiffany Douglas Joins Bank of America’s Enterprise Diversity and Inclusion Organization

Tiffany Douglas has taken a new position with Bank of America as the Global Women’s Initiative & Under-Represented Talent Strategy Executive, on the Global Diversity and Inclusion Organization team. In this role, Tiffany will be responsible for setting and managing strategies that support and advance women and underrepresented talent for retention and advancement, growth and development and attraction, engagement and inclusion. This work also supports managing the Bank’s internal summits and initiatives and supporting its external partnerships to do the same. 

Tiffany has been with the company for more than 15 years and previously served as the bank’s Market Executive for Detroit.

As Market Executive, Tiffany implemented the Environmental and Social Governance initiatives for the Bank on the Local Markets Organization team, supported the Market President and Michigan Leadership Team, the Bank of America Charitable Foundation and community outreach activities and initiatives.

Prior to joining Bank of America, Tiffany spent ten years in leadership with the United Negro College Fund where she was responsible for fund development, volunteer engagement, student recruitment, communications and overall management of the local organization.

A native of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, Tiffany earned a BA from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.  She and her husband, Mark, have two children and are proud to make their home in the city of Detroit, Michigan.
