Michigan’s oldest and most respected African-American newspaper, celebrates African American men who motivate and inspire others through their vision and leadership, exceptional achievements, and participation in community service. This year’s prestigious Men of Excellence awards ceremony will now take place on July 10th at the MGM Grand Detroit Ballroom from 5-8pm.
These men are nominated by their peers and the community for their success as businessmen, community activists, philanthropists, and /or entrepreneurs. Having hosted the Men of Excellence program for more than seven years, the Michigan Chronicle has created a brotherhood comprised of its area’s most influential men.
