An event has been set up in loving memory of Thomas Tobi. Tobi is a proud graduate of St. Mary’s Elementary, St. Martin De Porres, Michigan State University, and member of Omega Psi Phi, Inc. who died in early September due to a misfire gun.
Tobi touched the lives of anyone he came in contact with in some way, whether it was with a story, joke, or “setting owt a march”.
He was one who truly appreciated life and always wanted to have a good time. Tobi leaves behind a 4-year-old daughter, Jaida Funmilayo Tobi.
The family of Tobi and Omega Psi Phi faternity Sigma Chapter will be selling T-shirts in honor of Tobi. All of the money raised from this event will be put into a college fund for Jaida, so she will not go in life and not know the impact that her father had in her life, as well as in the lives of others.
