Gilberto Valle (pictured), a New York City cop with six years on the force, planned to kidnap, torture, cook and eat more than 100 women, the New York Daily News reports[1]. The FBI intercepted his plans through multiple internet discussions he had with a co-conspirator that date back to early this year. Valle even went as far as to ask how to slow-cook a grown human. Federal agents arrested him at his Forest Hills, Queens apartment this morning. He will be arraigned at a Manhattan federal court today. Valle is married, according to the New York Times[2]. The co-conspirator has not been identified. Valle, 28, did his instant messaging of his sordid plans on his home computer. The files of more than 100 women, including photos, first and last names and other personal information, was also found on his hard drive.
