Patton) from Outkast may be facing a child custody battle from his estranged wife after she filed divorce papers in in Fulton County Superior Court yesterday, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports[1]. Sherlita M. Patton said in court documents that their 11 year marriage is “irretrievably broken.” She is also seeking alimony, an equitable division of marital property and attorney’s fees. Sherlita and Antwon have two children–ages 12 and 18–and wants sole custody of the younger one, plus child support. The couple, who are current separated, married in February of 2002.
