WARREN, Mich. (WWJ) – The two men accused of kidnapping a 22-year-old pregnant woman — and setting her on fire — are scheduled to appear in court Tuesday. The Warren woman was close to giving birth when the suspects allegedly duct-taped her, and took her to Detroit — where they covered her with lighter fluid, set her on fire and then shot her in the back.

There are reports the woman went into labor Monday evening. She, and her baby, are expected to be ok.

The first suspect is the woman’s ex-boyfriend. He was taken into custody Saturday, not long after the woman was abducted.

The second suspect was arrested at a house on Sherman Avenue, near Eight Mile and Hoover roads, where the former boyfriend stays with his mother and his current girlfriend.
