The Right Productions Inc., in collaboration with Van Dykes Menswear of Southfield and Mix 92.3, proudly presents “Suit Up Sunday,” a transformative community event offering free suits, dress pants, shirts, and essential resources to empower men for success. This impactful event is set to take place on Sunday, August 25, from 1 PM to 7 PM at the iconic Aretha Franklin Amphitheatre.
Chase Bank, one of our generous event sponsors, will be at the event to provide attendees with valuable resources and information about financial literacy. In addition, F.A.R.M. (Family Assistance for Renaissance Men) will join us on-site, offering comprehensive wrap-around services and informative sessions specifically designed to support and assist fathers.
Shahida Mausi, President and C.E.O. of The Right Productions expressed her enthusiasm for the event: the power of looking good and the confidence it brings. ‘Suit Up Sunday’ is about more than just clothing; it’s about equipping the men in our community with the knowledge and resources they need to help them thrive in all aspects of life.
“Suit Up Sunday” is a community event aimed at providing free professional attire to high school students, college attendees, and men who are either starting their careers or are already in the workforce. The event is open to everyone and aims to empower individuals by helping them dress professionally without financial barriers. It’s a great opportunity to access high-quality attire and enhance confidence in the workplace.
Walter Shannon of Van Dykes Clothing added, “Partnering with The Right Productions and other sponsors on this event aligns with our mission to make a positive impact in our community. We are excited to help men look their best and feel confident, knowing that it’s not just about the clothes but the opportunities they represent.”
Participants must register in advance to attend. This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to uplift the community and support men in achieving their personal and professional goals.
