The Detroit Department of Public Works announced the following street closings for this month:
- Jefferson will be closed completely from Mt. Elliott to E. Grand Blvd. from Oct. 3 at 6 a.m. until Monday, Oct. 5 at 5 a.m.
- The intersection of northbound Woodward and Congress will be closed from October 4 – 17.
- Chicago at the railroad crossing at Southfield will be closed completely from now through October 5.
- Baltimore from Cass to John R will be closed completely with access for local traffic only on Baltimore from October 3 – 30.
- Beaubien from Monroe to Lafayette Blvd. will be down to one lane at times from October 3 – 9.
