According to reports from Fox 2 News, smokers may find some relief in being able to smoke at restaurants with outdoor seating:
Under the proposal introduced in mid-November, restaurants would be able to choose whether to allow smoking in outdoor areas. Smoking has been banned in Michigan restaurants and bars since 2010.
