Association of Energy Services Professionals (AESP) recently named Scott Alan Davis, Director of Operations for SEEL, LLC (Solutions for Energy Efficient Logistics) to its new Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Council. Scott will be joined by ten other energy professionals
“I am honored to have been selected to serve on AESP’s DEI Council and I applaud the organization for its initiative,” said Scott. “Given the current racially charged climate, it is important to be intentional, discuss the issues and affect real change to work toward equality.”
Launching this year, the DEI Council will focus on:
- Defining the understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion
- Be a support for review of AESP practices and policies
- Create opportunities for member engagement
- Develop DEI content for publications and conferences
Scott has worked in the energy industry for the past eight years. He joined SEEL, LLC as outreach and marketing manager and was later promoted to Portfolio Director. Recently Scott was named Director of Operations. Managing multiple energy optimization programs, he is responsible for the successful operation of these programs in various states. Scott is committed to supporting all communities through diversity, equity and inclusion lens. He serves on various national committees in that capacity.
Scott joined SEEL, LLC as outreach and marketing manager. He was later promoted to Portfolio Director. His primary duty was to manage. Recently, Scott was promoted to Director of Operations. At SEEL, Scott manages multiple energy optimization programs in various states.
