Update: A 15-year-old male was charged with assault this afternoon in connection with the Mumford High School shooting that took place on Sept. 7 that injured two students.
His bail was set at $5000 and is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 28 at 9:30 a.m.
On Friday, 17-year-old Steven Jamal Hare was charged with two counts of assault with intent to murder, two counts of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, felony firearm and carrying a concealed weapon.
He received a $500,000 cash bond and his preliminary examination is set for Sept. 24 at 9:00 a.m.
The 16-year-old male who was detained at the Juvenile Detention Facility with the 15-year-old was released.
