The U. S. Small Business Administration’s District Director Gerald Mooreannounced the opening of additional Business Recovery Centers in Michigan. Business owners that visit these Centers will benefit because they can meet one-on-one with SBA Customer Service Representatives who can answer their program questions and help them in applying for an SBA disaster loan, as well as utilize the services of the Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs).
ATLANTA, Oct. 8, 2014 SBA partners with SBDCs, SCORE and others to provide a network of professionals that help businesses by providing free business consulting and low-cost training. “In times of disasters, we all come together to assist business owners in preparing financial records, forms and submitting their SBA disaster business loan application” said Moore.
“Businesses with physical damages or loss of revenue resulting from the recent flooding should seriously consider visiting one of the Centers and applying for an SBA disaster business loan,” said Richard King, region director, Michigan Small Business Development Center for the Southeast Michigan Region.
