From August 11th to 13th, the heart of Detroit will be transformed into a haven for music lovers and food enthusiasts alike. Hart Plaza will come alive with the harmonious fusion of sizzling grills and live performances, creating an atmosphere that celebrates the very essence of summertime in the city.

At the heart of the festival lies the mouthwatering draw of barbecue. Local barbecue experts and grilling aficionados will converge to showcase their craft, offering festival-goers a alluring array of ribs, brisket, chicken, and more.

The musical lineup is equally captivating, featuring a diverse range performers. The sultry and soulful voice of Chante Moore, accompanied by her full band, is set to enchant the audience. Grammy-nominated Brownstone, legendary Rob Base, and the dynamic sounds of Raydio are just a few of the headlining acts that will grace the festival’s stage. Adding to the excitement, a “special hip-hop guest” will bring a contemporary twist to the musical experience.

Entry to the festival is free until 3 p.m. on Friday and until 1 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. After these times, tickets are available starting at $15. The festival’s operating hours from 11:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. on each day ensure that attendees have ample time to soak in the atmosphere, flavors, and music.
