Quentin oversees all aspects of MEDC’s programs, funds, personnel, and contracts.

As a member of Governor Gretchen E. Whitmer’s cabinet, Quentin serves on various boards, including the American Center for Mobility and the International Economic Development Council. His contributions have been widely recognized, with honors such as Financial Times’ Agenda Diversity 100 and Crain’s Detroit Business’ Newsmakers of the Year.
