Based on last year¹s success, the WCSO and County are again teaming up to conduct a full day of testing and meeting with job candidates to streamline the hiring process for individuals interesting in getting a job with the Wayne County Sheriff's Office. It was very successful in bringing all the entities together that the candidate needs to interact with and it was also important to us that we make the process as smooth as possible to fill the nearly 100 vacant positions we have. We¹re asking for your help in notifying the public of this ³FREE² testing day so that they can not only save some of the money they would normally pay out during the process, but also cut down on the time it will take to get them hired in sooner.
