Police identified a person of interest in the case: a bald White male believed to be 30 to 45 years old.
“That individual was interviewed,” Flint Police Chief James Tolbert told WNEM. “Information was gathered from that interview. We are currently trying to investigate that information. We still have not located Hill, but we’re still moving forward with the investigation.”
