Pastor Winans, WC Treasurer Eric Sabree to Pass Out 1,000 Turkeys

Detroit – Pastor Marvin L. Winans & Perfecting Church, in partnership with Community partners “The Women of AT&T” and “The Washington Family Foundation,” will distribute over 1000 turkeys along with boxes full of trimmings to the community. A small number of vegan boxes will be available as well. The boxes will be served on a first come, first serve basis so all are encouraged to arrive early.

Pastor Winans will be joined by Wayne County Treasurer, Eric Sabree, to pass out hundreds of boxes filled with a turkey, stuffing, green beans, macaroni and cheese, cranberries, potatoes, and rice. This is the 5th year that Perfecting Church and its partners have endeavored to spread the love of Christ throughout the community during the Thanksgiving holiday.

“We are incredibly grateful to be a blessing to our community, especially as many have endured hardships over the past year, “said Beverlyn Hilton, Director for Perfecting Care community initiatives. Families will be provided with 1 full box of food per household.
