Human Resources Specialist
Salary Range $48,331 to 63,224 (Annually)
General Summary of Position:
The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for providing professional HR and/or Payroll administration, guidance, analysis, in some or all of the following functional areas: payroll, benefits, employee relations, training, recruiting, labor relations, employee wellness programs, and other Human Resources team functions.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of three years office and administrative experience.
- Minimum of three years direct payroll experience.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):
- HRCI PHR/SPHR and/or APA FPP/CPP certification preferred.
