Nothing says Spring in Detroit like 1 million daffodils

  • City undertakes effort to plant 250K daffodils annually; first 300K already starting to bloom after their looooong winter’s sleep.
  • Commitment is part of larger city beautification effort

 
WHAT:  Media availability with Detroit General Services Departments officials to discuss their efforts so far to have 1 million daffodils planted along medians and at parks across the city.
