The Michigan Supreme Court has appointed Martha D. Moore, assistant dean of the Thomas M. Cooley Law School’s Auburn Hills campus, as vice chair of the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission (AGC).
As the investigative and prosecutorial arm of the Michigan Supreme Court, the AGC addresses allegations of attorney misconduct.
The AGC serves to maintain and promote the integrity of the State Bar of Michigan and protect the public, courts and the legal profession.
Chief Justice Marilyn Kelly noted that Moore previously served on the AGC board and as an AGC staff attorney.
